The September 2026 NPI file lists 892 imaging organisations in New York: 221 registered under the MRI or radiology clinic codes (52, or 6%, with the MRI-specific code) and 671 diagnostic-radiology organisations classified by name. New York-Newark-Jersey City is the largest market with 638 records, followed by Buffalo-Cheektowaga (56), Kiryas Joel-Poughkeepsie-Newburgh (45) and Albany-Schenectady-Troy (35). 16 records sit outside the metro areas listed below or alone in a small area; they are listed on this page.
